At Roofing4, we want to ensure your home projects are built to last; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused materials within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the roofing materials in their original shipping containers, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Materials
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized pallets.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
